The last chapter of my primary school...
...7 years- 7 adventurous, thrilling, interesting years gone. Where did they go? I still remember getting dropped off at school on my little scooter, confronting strange children who would soon become some of my best friends.Awkward as I was, I used to play weird games that would always end up in an argument because I was being stubborn. The toothless cheeky smile that was plastered on my face in those school photographs are a perennial reminders of those bygone days.
In fact, until last year my mother had lined up all the photographs from school of my brother and I , much to our embarrassment especially when cousins visited us.
Year 1 went by without a fuss, however, as year 2 rolled round, mischief and frolic filled the days. there was never a day when my friend and I did not help ourselves to the stationary which were sitting in the basket vulnerably. To this day I am not sure why this was such a thrill.Another memorable moment was when I received my very own pen licence in that year. I remember feeling a sense of pride that I carried home to my parents. It was a major victory against my older brother who had yet to qualify for his.
What I best remember about Year 3 was the visit to an adventure park called "Conkers". Especially, the fact that when my friends and I were walking bare foot through many muddy, rough and squelchy lanes, some others made lame excuses to not walk through some obstacles.Despite the seeming unfairness, my teachers gave them freedom to dodge the parts they disliked and that was a big deal for us and we felt hugely let down by the teachers.
Year 4 was the year that I felt I did not do much in school. this is most likely why my mother invested me in so many clubs such as: Martial Arts, Swimming, Ballet, Tap, Basketball and violin. Most of these I have now dropped either because I lost interest or because they were not convenient times. However, to this day I still continue doing violin and basketball.
I believe part of year 5 was a life of drudgery, my class teacher at the time had two famously well known phrases that were: "As a YEEAR 5 student you should..." and "INNNN YEEAR 6 you can hear a pin drop!"(Spelling mistakes intended). These phrases now haunt my friends and I.

WARNING: THE WAR IS OVER CATS AND MINIONS HAVE JOINED FORCES...
VOTE 4 MINIONS!
Minions are respectful as they considerate the peoples ideas and are quick-witted. This means that they are speedy thinkers which would be handy if they are under attack by their foes.
In addition, minions work as a family to get the job done. They also could make vast improvements on places like: Buckingham Palace, Big Ben and The London Eye.
Further more, they have been in this world for generations now, which would make major impacts on how they think and create new ideas.
So overall Minions would be great Prime Ministers,
Vote For Minions!

The little people
Have you ever wondered what it is like to capture one of the little people? This is the story of my dearest friend Robert Pattinson who lived alongside the buttercup field. Robert was 14 years old, 5' 8" tall with chocolate brown spiky hair which had been brushed to one side to cover the right eye . His crystal blue eyes had hints of minty green and looked as if the sea had splashed into his eyes. One of his distinctive features was the long and contorted finger nails which had food particles and dirt in between them, for he had not cleaned or cut them for more than half of his life. His life was very chaotic because of his little brother Thomas, who had always wanted what Robert had and therefore would rant and rave when he did not get what he wanted.
One day, Robert decided to sneak out of his house to get out of the mayhem that Thomas had caused. He heads towards the buttercup field. Thomas spotted him and started to chase after Robert. Robert had just captured one of the little people and he dropped it into the jar. By then, his stout little brother bumped into Robert causing the jar to come tumbling down. Robert was shocked in disbelief. This then turned into anger, frustration, annoyance and irritation. Robert scolded Thomas and angrily sent him to his room.
Many years later Thomas is much more fit and the little person is still on Roberts shelf it tells Robert what is going to happen that day and things he needs to do like tidy his room.

A cottage in the valley
Beside the cottage, villagers knew there was a meandering valley, but never knew what was in it. One boy had wandered into the valley and was never seen again. A few months later, the population of the village became smaller rapidly. Full families had disappeared, mothers were going with their sons, fathers went missing - it was devastating, it was horrible. The villagers were now aware of the dangers and were advised not to go near the valley.
One day, a little shabby girl was so disorientated that she almost came into close proximity with the valley. But she realised there was an alligator in it. So she sprinted to the cottage and warned everybody about the alligator saying,'DO NOT GO NEAR THE VALLEY OR THE ALLIGATOR WILL EAT YOU.' Together the people in the village marched to the valley and exterminated the alligator.
From now on, the little shabby girl, was known to everyone and became the heroine in the community.
MORAL OF THE STORY IS....'look closely and you will find it.'

The Step Wells of India
This intricate design is found on a famous temple in India. It is called Rani Ka Vav or 'Queen's Promise'. When the 'King' of the land died, the Queen decided to build a big memorial in his memory. On the pillars, they had engraved characters and stories which have a moral behind them. The lofty ceilings were made of stone as were the pillars.
The building was intended to be a gigantic step-well to harness the water from River Sabarmati. The step wells were built to gather water from the rain so that thirsty travellers could quench their thirst. The temperature in these places was about 100 degrees. Although it rained, all the water was soaked by the sand and the step wells helped to store some water.
Through the years, the site became commonly known as the temple and today the building has been preserved as a World Heritage site.

Ancient Star
The tree, which had glistening lights and fake snow, had red and white decorations with an accent silver and sparkling star. When everyone was out of the living room, Sam touched the star in awe. 5 seconds later, he found himself being beamed into a magical portal which led him to... CANDY LAND!
As Sam walked through Candycane lane, he stared intently at the candy floss trees that were sprayed with chocolate sprinkles, the meandering streets were paved with chocolate buttons, the perimeter of the pavements were flanked with vivid coloured lollipops in a variety of colours such as blue, purple, yellow, green and red but most appealing of all were the red striped candy cane street lamps which held round light pink strawberry bonbons. And then he came across the smooth dark chocolate river.
Still focused on the mesmerising scenery around him, he bumped into a worried jelly bear. "Help us! Our fellow gingerbread men have been kidnapped and the evil army of brussel sprouts are destroying our village!" he cried.
"Of course!" Sam replied.
The jelly bear gave Sam a special sword made out of Blackpool Rock, as well as a set of bow and arrows made out of strawberry laces to help fight them. Together they destroyed the brussel sprout army, who fled back to their vegetable patch.
The candies kindly offered to teleport Sam back home as a thank you present. As he waved goodbye, Sam found himself back in the living room, yet again... Just in the nick of time for dinner...

As I skipped through the meadow,I was confronted by the range of flowers, which were looking like a carpet sprinkled with blue, red, yellow and pink, then I noticed the little village nearby with trees, the small houses with chocolate coloured roofs. The small part of land was undulating like the waves in the sea. The soothing gentle breeze had made my hair move side to side as if they were sea weeds in the ocean, gently caressing my neck and tickling my senses . I could smell the blueberry tart with the hint of of cinnamon and the warm buttery vanilla
Barbecue
It was blazing hot day. Some people were at the park with their children playing on the swings while the adults sat down and drank some juice to cool themselves down. Zoe was also in the park, playing with her dog. By 4pm, Zoe was hungry and found a green patch and she decided to do a barbecue. The dog smelt the food when Zoe was cooking and threw a tantrum because he wanted a piece of mouth-watering chicken smothered with tomato ketchup. To pacify her dog she threw two pieces of chicken and some chocolate brown sausages. The dog immediately started gulping the food noisily. Zoe felt very envious watching her dog eat because by now she was famished. But unfortunately her friend Amy still had not arrived. She would scold Amy for being tardy.
